To register and maintain an account on betjilli, you must satisfy each and every one of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any single requirement gives betjilli the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void any pending bets, and withhold or return any balance in accordance with the procedures described in Section 10.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. betjilli enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. Any player found to be under this age will have their account immediately and permanently closed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under legal disability or under guardianship.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of betjilli is lawful under the laws of your country, province, or territory of residence. betjilli does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) betjilli account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all related accounts.
• Accurate Registration: All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. betjilli reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

betjilli conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betjilli account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. betjilli will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify betjilli support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

• Account Credentials: Do not share your betjilli login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility regardless of who performed the action.

• Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. betjilli reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as described in the account inactivity policy, with prior notice to the registered email address.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your betjilli account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements are resolved.

betjilli operates a PKR-native cashier, supporting deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. betjilli does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which betjilli accepts no responsibility.

• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by betjilli's finance team following a formal verification request.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjilli platform. Any player found engaging in any of these activities will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud & Chargebacks: Any attempt to obtain funds from betjilli through fraudulent means, including initiating unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been wagered, is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the betjilli platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. betjilli maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program and will report suspicious activity to the relevant financial authorities.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betjilli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• betjilli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the betjilli platform.
• betjilli does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, server downtime, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.
• betjilli is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• betjilli does not accept liability for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or device failures that result in an interrupted game session or a missed betting opportunity.

betjilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Account confirmed to be registered to or accessed by an underage individual.

Upon termination for cause, betjilli reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.

betjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betjilli will provide reasonable prior notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent notice on the betjilli platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the betjilli platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
